Szemere Photography and Chrissy Miller, maintain the rights in and to the images created throughout 2025 (February through November) for the purpose of the Artist in Residence Program-to create a body of work to tell the story of individuals of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church of Frederick, MD community.

Licensing and Usage; Limited use for the Purpose of the One time Artist in Residence Program created in 2025. Images from the Project may be used for marketing purposes on Social Media, Newsletters and the Website to Market Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Frederick, MD. 

Images from this Artist in Residence Program may be used expressly by the Communications Team for marketing for Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. 

Please make sure any other uses are requested in writing.

Payment. Photography services and licensing of images is partially paid in a stipend of $500 with a balance of $500 to be paid upon completion of the Artist in Residence Program, at which point- an exhibit will be prepared and images will be made available to the contact person-Sarah Hempel Irani.
