Looking for a Bible Study?

We have five "NeighborTalk" groups currently available: NeighborTalk South in Adamstown, MD; NeighborTalk Northeast in Frederick, MD; NeighborTalk Northwest in Frederick, MD; NeighborTalk North in Thurmont, MD; and NeighborTalk East in Frederick, MD. Sign-up sheets are available in the Gathering Area of our Church.

Emergency Kits, Lutheran World Relief

Social Ministry Team has decided to help replenish depleted Health Kits. All kits require these items: one hand towel, one washcloth (dark color), one bath-size bar of soap (4-5 oz) in original wrapping, one sturdy comb (remove packaging), one adult-size toothbrush in its original packaging (no children’s), one metal nail file or nail clippers with file attached (no cardboard emery boards or files, six Bandaids (1/2" to 3/4"- secure together with rubber bands (INCLUDE NO TOOTHPASTE, only items mentioned above.

All items should be new and in good condition. Wrap smaller items in washcloths. Wrap washcloth and remaining items in the handtowel. Tie securely with ribbons or yarn. Do not place in plastic bags. Sample kits will be displayed in Gathering Area.

Senior Luncheon

"Quilts!" Wednesday, March 17th, in Community Room. We will be sharing family stories using quilts. Please bring a quilt, wall hanging or other quilted family heirloom and tell us the story of your family. Bring a dish to share and a friend. Email Julie Howell with questions.
