Follow-Up on Leadership Workshop

Workshop was led by Carl Pritchard, nine objectives were developed.  The objective dealing with renewal of the youth program is already being implemented.  The Executive Team suggested that the council and congregation work on two objectives this year:

(1)   Strengthen unity in the congregation through fellowship – plan intentional times together

(2)   Increase congregational worship attendance and involvement.

Council will form group to follow-up on these objectives.  A new paradigm was suggested – “Everyone has a ministry – find what your ministry is then serve.

Find people with a passion for certain to get together, invite others to join in.  Find a group to promote/organize events and programs, a variety of things.  Pr. Ron and Nancy Zeim will work on publicity, council is asked to spread the word.
