Date: January 2008
We are now beginning registration for the 2008-2009 school year.  This is the final registration and must be accompanied by your deposit to hold your spot.

All classes will be filled by a lottery system - forms will be collected and randomly drawn every day - in hopes of assuring a fair and impartial class list for each age group.  Registration forms must be in by January 17th to be included in the first open lottery drawing.  Forms will continue to be accepted after this date, but will not be included in the first round of class assignments.  Current and former students, as well as church members, have had a priority registration period.  Registration is now open to all families.

In order to register your child, please mark on the application the class for which you wish to register.  A registration fee of $60.00 per family is due along with your registration form.  Church members do not pay a registration fee.  This fee in non-refundable unless you move out of the county.

We ask that you mark a first, second, third and fourth choice class as some classes do fill quite quickly.  Please mark as many choices as possible.  However, do not mark classes that it will be definitely not possible for you to attend.  If your first choice is full at the time we receive your registration, your child will be placed on the "second choice" class list, as well as on the waiting list for the first choice.  Also, if you have any special requests, such as needing to meet your car pool accommodations, etc., please make a note of those requests on the registration form.  We cannot promise to accommodate all of these requests, but it is easier to do so if we know about them at the beginning of the registration process.  While we try to place every family in the class schedule that works best for them, it is sometimes impossible to meet everyone's first choice and still maintain the small class sizes that we feel are a key aspect of our program.  Please be sure to note the eligibility ages on the registration form when selecting classes.

You will receive a confirmation letter in late January.  The letter will specify into which class your child has been placed.  If you have any questions, please contact Betty Gastley or Phyllis Hane at 301-695-5855.
